Best Western Ebbw Vale

The hotel was lovely and overlooked street. The rooms were not only new-fashioned, but also welcoming. The bed seemed exceptionally comfortable and it was clean all around. The location of the property was peaceful, in a rub down area. Moreover, it's close enough to local attractions, shops and train station, shops, & restaurants.

The room had good pillows, but the parking system was confusing.

The decor was charming and cute. Accessibility was amazing, with well-designed areas, made moving around easy for seniors like myself. A lovely touch that added to the warm atmosphere!

A handrail in the shower would be appreciated.

The room was pretty clean and cozy, definitely great for a short stay. It was a little small, but the bed was super comfortable, a big win for my bad back. The bathroom was tiny too but well-designed. The overall vibe was warm and relaxing, which I really liked.

The Level Inn is clean and cute. The room was comfortable and easily accessible. Breakfast was a good, hot cooked meal with generous portions.

Amazing value with a warm welcome

Wow, this place is fantastic! Just stayed for 3 nights and the staff were super friendly. They remembered me from my last visit, nice. The breakfast was more than enough, and I loved the comfy bed. The only thing is the parking was a bit tight at times. Definitely coming back!

The nearby Newport Golf Club was a hit with our family, and the staff made check-in easy, giving us all the info we needed, great for our elderly parents.

In my wife's opinion, they should have more car parking spaces.

The location is pretty good if ur checkin out ebbw vale, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean n tidy, perfect for a night stay. Bathroom was also clean and had no issues. Good point is the free parking they have on-site and just outside the hotel too.

Only two bags of tea in the room and no coffee was a lil disappointing. Breakfast was cookd good but the bacon was way too salty for me.

I really enjoyed my stay with a cozy room that had plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits. A delicious breakfast every morning. The relaxation opportunities were great, with options like a lovely spa and a serene garden to chill out in. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could have been stronger, but it didn't ruin the experience! 🌟
